x100 assists in keeping track of your repetitions during workouts, allowing you to relax, listen to music, or enjoy an audiobook without the need to mentally count. The tool focuses on simplifying this task and aids users by accurately counting their reps.

Key Features:
<ul>
 <li>Select the number of reps, and a 5-second countdown will initiate. Assume your position during the countdown and hold steady for a few seconds before commencing your set. Once the countdown ends, you can start performing reps, and x100 will track them.</li>
 <li>The algorithm prioritizes the initial 5 reps, analyzing movement patterns based on this early data.</li>
 <li>You can pause mid-set, and x100 will cease counting automatically. Upon resuming from the same position, the tool continues tracking your reps.</li>
 <li>To repeat a set, display a 'V' (victory) gesture to the camera after finishing the set.</li>
 <li>Access preset controls in settings to manage, adjust, or remove presets as needed.</li>
 <li>Customize the focus on either the counter or timer in settings according to your preference.</li>
 <li>Track your workout progress with detailed statistics on completed reps and sets over time.</li>
 <li>Adjust sound volume independently for countdowns, counters, and set completions within the experience.</li>

Limitations:
<ul>
 <li>x100 accurately counts simple repetitive movements like push-ups and squats but may struggle with complex actions such as burpees.</li>
 <li>The tool is not optimized for tracking swift movements like those with jumping ropes.</li>
 <li>Ensure your phone is securely positioned for full visibility during app usage without moving it throughout your workout.</li>
 <li>Consistent speed during reps enhances counting accuracy.</li>
 <li>Adequate lighting is essential for precise counting; low light environments may impact accuracy negatively.</li>
 <li>Maintain a stable position and angle in front of the camera for optimal counting results.</li>
 <li>Avoid background movement interfering with x100's ability to count reps accurately.</li>
</ul>

Sign In:

 <li>x100 offers "Sign in with Apple" functionality for user convenience. Signing in enables data portability across devices, preserving statistics and presets even if the app is removed from a device.</li>
 <li>Usage without signing in results in non-transferable data that may be lost upon app deletion from a device.</li>
